At ShadyFashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality handbags and a hassle-free return and refund process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review this policy to understand the eligibility criteria and steps for returns and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Custom or personalized handbags are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as “Final Sale” are also not eligible for returns.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be considered, except under exceptional circumstances approved by our team.
To initiate a return, customers must email support@shadyfashion.com with their order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Unauthorized returns (without an RAN) will not be processed and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for safely returning the product, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Label Options

For accepted returns, we provide:

Included in the Package: A physical return label can be included upon request.
Downloadable PDF: A PDF return label will be emailed for printing and use.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional vouchers, custom handbags, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
Products showing misuse, improper handling, stains, or exposure to harsh conditions are also non-returnable.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and images before purchasing.

Process for Returning Items

Contact our support team at support@shadyfashion.com with order details and photos (if necessary).
After approval, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address will be provided. Include this number in the return package.
Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the RAN.
Upon receipt, the item will be inspected (3-5 business days).
If approved, we will notify you via email and initiate the next steps (refund or exchange).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include a description and photos in your email to support@shadyfashion.com.
For such items, ShadyFashion will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Do not attempt to repair or alter a damaged item, as this will void eligibility for a return or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Request exchanges by contacting our support team. Approved exchanges will receive a return shipping label.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Sale items, customized handbags, and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item passes inspection.

Custom items, gift cards, and “Final Sale” items are non-refundable.
Orders canceled after shipping are eligible for product cost refunds only, excluding shipping fees.
